Sandeep Singh has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 17 years. Sandeep most recently worked at Watu Credit as the Head of Operations, where they were responsible for overseeing the organization's operations and procedures, establishing new policies, and maintaining control of the business operations. Prior to that, Sandeep worked at Seven Up Bottling Company (Pepsico) as the National Sales Manager, leading the national sales team and achieving market leadership in Nigeria through innovative sales strategies. Sandeep also gained experience as a Business Development Manager, Operations Manager, and Field Manager at Smollan, and as a Senior Sales Executive at Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting. Sandeep started their career as a Business Development Executive at Parle Agro Pvt Ltd and Hughes Net Globle Education, and as an Area Sales Executive at HANUNG TOYS & TEXTILES LTD.

Sandeep Singh completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Sales, Merchandising and Related Marketing Operations from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, General at Bangalore University from 1998 to 2001.
