Waud Capital
Matt is a part of the Healthcare Services investment team. He currently works closely with WCP portfolio companies Adult & Pediatric Dermatology (APDerm) and PromptCare and is responsible for supporting all aspects of the deal process from origination and due diligence through deal structuring and post-investment portfolio management.
Prior to joining WCP, Matt worked in private equity at Sheridan Capital Partners and in investment banking at RBC Capital Markets. He holds a BS in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys exploring Chicago's restaurant scene, real estate investing, and playing tennis.
