Rachel Warden

Rachel Warden is a finance professional with extensive experience in investor relations and capital formation. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in Investor Relations at Waud Capital Partners since August 2025, Rachel previously held roles at Moderne Ventures and PlanPILOT, where significant achievements included managing over 20 client relationships and securing over $500M in new assets under advisement. Earlier experience includes an Analyst position at Benchmark International focusing on mergers and acquisitions, and a Sales and Marketing Internship at Signature Lacrosse. Rachel holds a Master of Science in Finance from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Tampa.
