Lindsay Waechter is a seasoned wellness professional with extensive experience in health promotion and wellness coordination. Currently serving as the Wellness Coordinator for the Waukee Community School District since August 2023, Lindsay previously held the position of Health Promotions Specialist at Plus One, an Optum Company from January to August 2023. Prior roles include Unlocking Brain Fitness Health Coach and Healthy Living Director at the YMCA of Greater Des Moines from August 2021 to January 2023, as well as Wellness Manager and Coordinator at WesleyLife from August 2014 to August 2021. Lindsay's career began as a Wellness Specialist at Farm Bureau Financial Services and a Personal Trainer at Fitness Together. Educationally, Lindsay earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sports and Exercise and Business Administration from Simpson College in 2013.
