Molly Jo Thorsen

Molly Jo Thorsen is an experienced Speech and Theater Teacher currently working at Waukee Community School District since November 2018, where Molly Jo also serves as an IHSSA Speech Coach. Thorsen earned a Master's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Drake University in 2018 and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from the same institution, completed in 2014. Prior to their current role, Thorsen gained valuable experience as a MAT student at Drake University, a Book Seller at Half Price Books, an Instructor at Barbizon Modeling and Entertainment, a Tour Actor/Director with Missoula Children's Theatre, a Costume Tech Assistant at Drake University, and an Instructor with the International Performing Arts Showcase.
