Spencer Mather

Spencer Mather is currently the VP, Commercial Banking Officer at Waukesha State Bank. Prior to this, they were with Guaranty Bank/ Best Bank from March 2012 to September 2018 where they were the Team Lead Deposit Services. In this role, they maintained and oversaw an entire portfolio of approximately 400,000 bank issued debit cards. Spencer also mentored 17 Deposit Services team members and trained employees at 150 bank branch locations on debit card best practices and effective fraud detection. Additionally, they researched and analyzed new account openings to ensure proper documentation was received and reviewed for potential account fraud. Lastly, they analyzed Visa Interchange reports to prepare accurate data for quarterly submission to bank executives and Visa.

Spencer Mather has an associates degree in business administration and management from Cardinal Stritch University as well as a degree from Pulaski High School.
