Kory Bellmont is an accomplished custom home builder and general contractor with extensive experience in the construction industry. As the owner of Wausau Homes Cold Spring since January 2015, Kory specializes in custom home building. Additionally, Kory has served as the owner principal of Create Contracting, Inc. since October 2005. Previous roles include Vice President at KJWalk from April 2011 to January 2015, General Foreman at Voss Plumbing & Heating from April 2009 to April 2011, and Project Superintendent at Progress Land Co. from April 2004 to October 2005. Kory's educational background includes studies at North Central University and Scott Community College East Iowa.
