Tom Ress

Tom Ress is an experienced plant and operations manager with a strong background in manufacturing and process management. Currently serving as the Plant Manager at Wausau Supply Company since December 2022, Tom previously held the position of Operations Manager at L & S Electric, Inc. from May 2021 to December 2022, and prior to that, served as Production Manager and Profit Center Manager at L&S Electric from August 2017 to May 2021. Earlier in the career, Tom was Operations Manager at GE Renewable Energy, where responsibilities included scheduling and resource management, along with the implementation of 5S lean manufacturing principles. Tom began the career as an Electrical Technician at A&B Process Systems from March 2006 to September 2007. The educational background includes an Associate's Degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from Madison Area Technical College and a Professional Certificate in Business Management from Northcentral Technical College.
