Hila Gafni has worked in a variety of roles since 2002. Hila began their career as a Coordinator of the Director General's Office at The Jewish Agency for Israel in 2002. In 2008, they moved to Telstar as an Office Manager & Coordinator. From 2010 to 2018, they were Self Employed as a Video Editor & Producer and Documentary Producer. In 2013, they joined EL AL Israel Airlines as a Group Reservation Supervisor and Representative of the Department of Prestigious Customers and Business Desk. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Talma Travel and Tours as a Project Manager. Hila currently works at WAVE BL as a Customer Experience and Customer Success Manager.

Hila Gafni received their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2003. Hila then pursued their Master's degree in International Relations, specializing in Security Studies and Diplomacy at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, which they completed in 2006.
