Amanda Schock

Amanda Schock is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in billing system operations and customer service. Currently serving as the Billing System Operations Manager at Wave Broadband since June 2014, Amanda previously held the role of Billing System Analyst II. Prior to this, Amanda worked at Chef'n Corporation as a Sales Support Specialist for a brief period and spent nearly eight years at Comcast in various positions, including Quality Specialist 3, Quality Control Coordinator, and Customer Account Executive. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Project Management from the University of Phoenix, as well as an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Cascadia College.
