Ken Johnson

Ken Johnson has a solid work experience in the telecommunications industry. Ken served as the Director of Engineering at Wave Broadband since October 2021 and previously held the position of Regional Headend Manager at the same company from October 2011. Prior to joining Wave Broadband, they worked at Starstream Communications/Wave Broadband as the IT/IP/Video Headend Manager from January 2000 to April 2011. During their tenure in both companies, Ken demonstrated expertise in various disciplines including IP engineering, IT engineering, video engineering, datacenter management, and enterprise-wide initiative support. Ken is known for their ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously and ensure excellent project outcomes. Ken is recognized for their strong communication skills and their success in building effective relationships within cross-functional teams and with executive supervisors.

Ken Johnson attended Sierra College from 1999 to 2000, where they studied desktop publishing. Ken did not obtain a degree during this time. In addition to their college education, Ken Johnson obtained several certifications. In 2004, they completed the Arris VOD Operations certification through ARRIS. In 2007, they obtained the GLDS Digital Addressability Platform certification from GLDS. Lastly, in 2009, they completed the Arris DAC 6000 Operations certification through ARRIS.
