Samantha Goodwin

Samantha Goodwin is an experienced professional in broadband project management and geographic information systems. Currently serving as a Broadband Project Manager at Wave Broadband since January 2023, Samantha previously contributed as a Broadband Coordinator with Lead For America, focusing on broadband initiatives in Tillamook County.
