Troy Jones

Troy Jones is an experienced IP Engineer with a strong background in network engineering and management. Currently serving as an IP Engineer II at Wave Broadband since June 2019, Troy is involved in the installation and configuration of Calix XGS XPON and GPON networks and oversees service group turn-ups for Casa systems CMTS systems. Prior to this role, Troy worked as a Senior Video Engineer at Frontier VHO13 from June 2015 to June 2019, where responsibilities included managing head-end video equipment. Troy's career at Wave Broadband began in October 2005, encompassing various positions such as IP Engineer II and CMTS IP Engineer II, with comprehensive experience in networking, troubleshooting, and service delivery. Troy also held the position of NOC Supervisor at Wave Division Holdings LLC from October 2006 to May 2010, overseeing NOC operations and staff management.
