Alison Bolt

Alison Bolt is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner at Wave Life Sciences since July 2018. In this role, Alison partners with senior leaders to create development plans for key talent across diverse client groups, including Finance, Legal, and IT. Prior to this position, Alison held roles as Senior Human Resources Associate and Senior Administrative Assistant, contributing to improved work relationships and departmental support. Alison has also gained recruitment experience as a Recruitment and Account Manager at JAS Recruitment and has demonstrated strong leadership abilities as a co-captain of the Division 1 Women's Lacrosse team at the University of Vermont.
