Jackie Ochola

Jackie Ochola is an experienced professional in telecommunications and technology management with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as General Manager at Wave Mobile Money since August 2022, Jackie previously held the position of Country Manager at CSquared and Country Director at Andela, where efforts focused on building distributed engineering teams in Africa. Jackie has also worked with Nokia as Country Manager, overseeing project governance and operations, and has held significant roles at Leadcom IS in DRC and Uganda Telecom, managing telecommunications infrastructure and network operations. Jackie holds a Master’s degree in Telecommunications Management from Coventry University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Makerere University, complemented by additional training at the Institute for National Transformation.
