Dan Violi is an accomplished executive currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Wave Reaction and Operating Partner at Elmore Companies, both positions held since 2023. Previously, Dan held the role of Entrepreneur in Residence at NextGen Growth Partners from July 2020 to April 2023, following an MBA candidacy at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, where Dan was a Kellogg Zell Fellow with a finance major. Early career experiences include various roles in retail and business development, notably at Amazon and Target, along with internships focused on marketing and operations. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy from Indiana University Bloomington.
