Shardai Vennise

Shardai Vennise is the Head of People & Operations at Wave Talent since February 2023. Shardai is also the Founder of VibesbyVennise, a company specializing in natural soy wax candles, wax melts, and reed diffusers since September 2021. With previous experience in HR, business operations, recruitment, and customer service roles, Shardai has a diverse background in various industries. Shardai holds a LLM in Legal Practice Course (LPC) from The University of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons in English Language and Linguistics from the University of Westminster.
