Will Alger

Will Alger has a diverse background in IT and technology roles. Will is currently working as the Director of IT & Warehouse Operations at WAVE, where they have implemented ITSM practices, improved vendor relationships, and enhanced overall customer satisfaction. Prior to this, Will worked as a FOH Audio Engineer at Elevation Church. Will also held various positions at The Journey, including Director of Technology, Production Director, and Audio Director. Will's experience also includes roles at Citi as a Technology Service Delivery Manager and Senior Desktop Support Technician, at Advance Services, Inc. as a Human Resources Coordinator, at Diamond Technologies, Inc. as a Systems Analyst and Support Technician, and at WSFS Bank as an Associate Systems Engineer and Network & Technical Services Intern.

Will Alger completed their education in computer and network engineering and computer and network security. Will began their studies at Delaware Technical Community College in 2009 and transferred to Wilmington University in 2011. At Wilmington University, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Network Security, which they completed in 2013. In addition to their formal education, Will Alger obtained a certification in Dante from Audinate in March 2022.
