Terry Russell

Terry Russell has an extensive background in network engineering, holding significant positions at various telecommunications companies. At Wavecrest, Terry was a Senior VoIP Engineer and later served as Network Engineering Manager, where they ensured the integrity of the VoIP network and collaborated with executive management. Previously, Terry gained experience at Interoute as Voice Operations Support and began their career at BT as an INOU engineer before moving to MCI as a Network Traffic Management Engineer. Their expertise encompasses training engineers and managing complex network operations throughout their career.
