Chris Southern

Chris Southern has been working in the technology industry since 2001. Chris began their career as Co-Founder/Director of Technology at Random Research Group, LLC. In 2009, they became Director of Technology at HealthCourse Inc., where they managed a multi-state development team and created and enhanced new products for the company's SaaS product. In 2015, they held the position of Chief Technology Officer at both Urban Planet Mobile and Cetera Technology. At Cetera Technology, they established the company's technical vision and led all aspects of the company's technological development, as well as managing offshore development groups and building teams across different countries and cultures. In 2016, they became Chief Technology Officer at Industry Index, and in 2018, they held the position of Head of Development at Blockthrough. In 2020, they took on the roles of Co-Founder/Chief Technology Officer at GrowthCode, Fractional CTO at WAVE Drowning Detection Systems, and Head of Technology at persistent.id.

Chris Southern attended Rochester Institute of Technology from 1991 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
