Stephen M. Vitrano has over 30 years of experience in sales, business development, and operations management. Stephen M. began their career in 1987 as a Staff Director for B2B Sales Major Accounts at Verizon Wireless. In 1996, they joined T-Mobile USA as an Area Operational Sales Manager for the National Retail - East Region, where they provided strategic and tactical leadership for 5 market-based sales directors and 160+ field representative and managers. Stephen M. also held the roles of Regional Account Manager and Director of Telesales and Customer Service -Omnipoint. In 2013, they became the Regional Manager at AuctionsByCellular, where they were responsible for the hiring and development of the Sales Team, client prospecting and retention, revenue generation, and acquisition cost management. In 2014, they joined Aquatic Safety Concepts, LLC. as the Director of Sales and Business Development, where they developed and executed the company's go-to-market plan and successfully negotiated all distribution contracts with wholesale, national retail, and online partners, increasing revenue by 255%. In 2016, they became a Licensed Realtor at eXp Realty, LLC. and in 2017, they were appointed Regional Manager - National Retail/Indirect Sales at Comcast. Most recently, in 2020, they joined WAVE Drowning Detection Systems as the National Sales Director.
