Alexandre Matton

Alexandre Matton is a technical professional with extensive experience in machine learning and natural language processing. Currently serving as a Member of Technical Staff at WaveForms AI since February 2025, Alexandre previously held roles at Cohere as a Staff ML Research Engineer and Senior ML Research Engineer, focusing on LLM code generation and representation learning. At Scale AI, Alexandre developed a real-time end-to-end ML pipeline and led R&D efforts in computer vision and natural language processing, co-authoring two workshop papers for Neurips. Alexandre's earlier experience includes positions at Stanford University as a Teaching Assistant, internships at Twilio Inc. and SRI International, and a data science role at BEYABLE. Alexandre holds a Master's degree in ICME from Stanford University and a degree from École Polytechnique.
