Courtney Demers

Courtney Demers, MBA, has extensive experience in project management and credit operations, currently serving as a Project Manager at Waveguide Inc since May 2017, following a progression from Project Coordinator. Prior to this, Courtney held various positions at Unitil from April 2011 to May 2017, including Credit Representative II, Credit Representative I, and Credit Relations Representative, where responsibilities included process improvements and adherence to regulatory standards in credit and collections. Earlier experience includes serving as a Claims Administrator at HR Concepts, managing Health Spending Accounts and conducting audits. Courtney's educational background includes an MBA, a Master of Science in Project Management, and a graduate certificate in Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University, along with a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Keene State College.
