Sergio da Silva

Sergio Da Silva, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience. Sergio is currently serving as the Director of Product Engineering - ISOS at Wavelo since October 2022. In their previous role as the Head of Engineering at Intercap Inc. from October 2020 to August 2022, they led the development and execution of the company's product development strategy, increasing engineering capacity through automation and reducing infrastructure spending. Before that, at Teradata, Sergio held multiple positions, including Director of Software Engineering, Software Development Manager - Custom Development, and Technical Project Manager. During their tenure, they oversaw engineering vision and roadmaps, managed software projects, and controlled program deliverables. Additionally, Sergio worked as a Lead Technical Solutions Consultant at NCR Corporation and as an Application Developer at Stirling Douglas Group, where they developed software enhancements and utilized analytical techniques to solve technical problems.

Sergio Da Silva, MBA, obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Toronto from 1995 to 2001. In 2008, they obtained the PMP certification from PMI Southern Ontario Chapter. Later, in 2018 to 2019, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Ivey Business School at Western University, focusing on Business Administration and Management.
