Jill Schwieters

Jill Schwieters is an entrepreneur, strategic executive, and passionate leader. She has served in healthcare for 25 years and is now a leading executive in global healthcare services. Currently, the CEO of JAS & Associates, Jill works with several organizations assisting with investor engagement, governance formation, strategic planning, global expansion, go-to-market strategy, executive coaching, and team alignment. Additionally, Jill serves as Board Chair for the National Center for Healthcare Leadership and Non-Executive Director and Advisor for Ryalto, a UK-based tech-enabled communication and engagement solution leading their executive relationship management and strategic global expansion strategy.

As founder and President of Cielo Healthcare, Jill led the growth of the healthcare business to over $150M in annual revenue with industry-leading margins and achieved early-stage profitability. Prior to Cielo, Jill served as a senior executive in a large integrated healthcare system leading HR strategy and integration. Under Jill’s leadership, $14M in cost savings were achieved through external partnerships and more effective staff deployment across the System.

Jill was recognized in 2018 by Chicago Business Magazine as a Notable Woman in Healthcare. Jill has a BS in Industrial Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, an MSM from Cardinal Stritch University, and participates in the Harvard Business School YPO President’s Program.
