Janice Chan

Janice Chan is a professional with diverse experience in both the healthcare and digital marketing sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in Paid Search at Wavemaker since July 2022, Janice is responsible for monitoring daily spending, optimizing accounts to meet KPI goals, and conducting weekly account maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Prior to this role, Janice worked in various capacities in healthcare, including a Dental Receptionist and Dental Assistant at Dr. Rosalie Castano DDS, where responsibilities included patient scheduling, chart organization, and radiograph acquisition. Janice also gained administrative experience as a Medical Receptionist at Pediatric Care PC and early customer service skills as a Cashier at Green Fresh. Janice holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Nutrition Sciences from Brooklyn College.
