B. Paul Santos is the Founding Partner of Wavemaker Impact, a VC climate tech venture builder in Southeast Asia. Additionally, he serves as Chairman of the Investment Committee at ADB Ventures and as Managing Partner at Wavemaker Partners. Santos is also the Co-Founder & Director of Approved Technology Incubator and Pestbusters Philippines. He has been involved in various advisory and board roles, including at Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research & Technology Innovation Centre and Draper Venture Network. Santos is an Adjunct Faculty at Singapore Management University and has a background in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University.
