Mina Kim

Mina Kim has over 14 years of work experience in various roles. In 2020, they took on the role of Managing Director at House of Fermentation BV, where they are looking to bring Korean Fermentation products, workshops, events and talks together. In 2018, they founded The Table for Kimchi and The Table for Career Development, where they developed and facilitated training programs targeting learning of hiring processes and interview contents. In 2017, they worked as a Market Research Analyst at WaveMetrix, where they contributed to mass survey data collection. From 2013-2018, they worked at Hanwha Engineering & Construction, Carbone Code and Samsung C&T, Engineering & Construction Group as a Language Program Manager, Language Trainer and English Language Instructor respectively. From 2006-2013, they worked as a Business English Instructor at Crédu-Virtedco, where they facilitated and coached employees in various industries.

Mina Kim attended Gyeongsang National University from 1999 to 2000, studying Nursing Science. Mina also holds certifications from LinkedIn in DevOps Foundations: Lean and Agile, Learning Management Systems (LMS) Quick Start, Project Management Foundations, Project Management Foundations: Budgets, and Project Management: Technical Projects, obtained in 2018. Additionally, they hold a CELTA certification from the University of Cambridge, obtained in 2014.
