Wenhui Mi has had a varied work experience over the past eight years. In 2012, they were a Volunteer Visitors Assistant at Royal Museums Greenwich, where they promoted Cutty Sark's offer to visitors and assisted in the evacuation of the ship in the event of a fire, security alert or other emergency. In 2014, they were a Client Service Coordinator and Team Administrator at CxC Consulting, where they were responsible for team diary management, making travel bookings and other meeting arrangements, and managing the business' cash flow and expenditures. In 2015, they were a Legal Office Assistant at Ukideas Consulting Ltd. In 2016, they were an Operations Supervisor at an Import/Export Company, where they were responsible for organising the transportation and delivery of cargos from the moment it was offloaded from ships to the client's warehouse. In 2017, they were an Operations Supervisor at Import-Export and a Travel Consultant at 5 Star China Travel, where they dealt with customer travel enquiries face-to-face and via phone and emails, processed visa applications and document legalisations, and did data entry and created daily financial reports. Since 2019, they have been a Logistics Officer at DCG Logistics UK LTD, where they understand how FBA warehouses work, communicates with freight forwarders and clients during the transportation process in Chinese and English, coordinates with corporate personnel in getting the products ready for shipment, and is in charge of producing all SKU, FBA, Pallet and Express labels. Wenhui also leads transportation and client invoices, creating Daily outbound statistics and daily summary tables.
Wenhui Mi attended Thomas Tallis before attending Royal Holloway, University of London, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics in 2013 and a Master of Science (MSc) in Economics in 2014. Wenhui also holds a Driving License.
