Iryna Balva

Iryna Balva has extensive experience in project management and quality assurance within the software engineering industry. Currently serving as General Manager for Waverley Software since January 2017, Iryna oversees operations in Ukraine for a company renowned for connecting tech talent with projects from the US tech community. Prior to this role, Iryna held project management positions at Blue Fountain Media and Intetics, where experience spanned from June 2011 to January 2017. Iryna's career began at Intetics with quality assurance roles from June 2007 to April 2010, along with earlier experience in quality assurance at Stella Systems and tech support at Program-Ace. Iryna earned a degree from Kharkiv Institute of Social Progress between 1999 and 2004.
