Amanda Eller has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Amanda started their career as a Research Fellow at The Fulbright Program, where they conducted research on sexual harassment in Beninese universities and presented awareness sessions. Amanda then worked as a Brand Manager at Dear Kate, a sustainable apparel startup, where they helped establish the brand and its mission. Later, they served as the Director of Impact and Partnerships at SunFarmer, where they oversaw solar energy projects in developing countries. Amanda also worked as a Venture Fellow at Better Ventures, sourcing investments and conducting diligence on early-stage companies. Amanda's experience also includes serving as a Senior Growth Manager at Farmer's Business Network, Inc., overseeing the strategy, operations, and marketing of the Risk Management Business Unit. Amanda worked as a Climate Portfolio Manager at Emerson Collective, managing climate-related portfolios. Amanda then joined the Waverley Street Foundation as a Strategy Director, focusing on strategic initiatives. Currently, they are a Food Leaders Fellow at The Aspen Institute.
Amanda Eller earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Social Entrepreneurship and Impact Investing from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at George Washington University, where they obtained a BA in International Affairs and Anthropology from 2006 to 2010.
