Jagadha Sivan

Jagadha Sivan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2002, they worked as a Product Manager at IBM for five years. From 2005 to 2010, they held the position of Head of Product Development & Strategy at World of Good. In 2013, they joined TIBCO Loyalty Lab as a Strategist, where they developed strategies to improve customer loyalty for mid-large retailers. At Riaz Inc., they served as the Business Operations and Strategy lead from 2015 to 2018. In 2013, they also became a Member of the Board of Directors at La Cocina, a position they held until 2019. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as the COO at ImpactMapper. In 2021, they became a Founding Limited Partner at Neythri Futures Fund, a fund aimed at increasing diversity in the venture capital ecosystem. Jagadha also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at the American India Foundation starting in 2020. Currently, they hold the role of COO at Waverley Street Foundation, starting in 2022.

Jagadha Sivan holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Information Science and Technology from Bangalore University.
