Leann Hoffman

Leann Hoffman has a robust background in community health and outreach, currently serving as a Community Outreach Specialist at Waverly Health Center since August 2008. Prior experience includes coordinating emergency preparedness education and exercises at the Visiting Nurses Association from October 2007 to August 2008, as well as holding the role of Administrator at the Medical Education and Research Institute of Colorado from October 2002 to September 2006. Additionally, Leann served as the Executive Director for the Southern Colorado Branch of the Arthritis Foundation from July 1999 to October 2002. Leann earned a B.A. in Community Health Education with a Minor in Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa between 1991 and 1996.
