David Gibbs is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and healthcare governance. Currently serving as Vice Chairman at Waverton Investment Management since December 2020, David has also held the position of Public Governor of Royal Papworth Hospital NHS Foundation Trust for the rest of England and Wales Constituency since November 2020. Prior to these roles, David directed fixed income strategies at Waverton Investment Management Limited from September 2005 to December 2020 and contributed to the CASS committee. David's earlier career includes significant positions at Salomon Brothers/Citigroup as Managing Director of Global Fixed Income and at Drexel Burnham Lambert as Senior Vice President. David holds the designation of Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Securities and Investment Institute (Chartered FCSI).
