Jim MacKie

Jim Mackie is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in portfolio management and investment strategies. Currently a Portfolio Manager at Waverton Investment Management since May 2019, Jim has previously served as Investment Director at Brooks Macdonald from October 2014 to January 2019, focusing on Managed Portfolios and Fund of Funds offerings. Prior to that, Jim held the position of Investment Manager at Vestra Wealth from June 2008 to September 2014, managing discretionary and advisory portfolios for various clients. Additional roles include Investment Manager at Cheviot Asset Management and Associate Director at UBS Wealth Management. Jim began a career in finance as an Investment Assistant at HSBC Investment Management. Jim holds a degree in Technology Management from Oxford Brookes University.
