Misi Zhang

Misi (Vivian) Zhang is a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser Candidate at Wernick Omura Singh since October 2021, with extensive managerial experience as a Manager at Waves Coffee House since November 2016, overseeing operations and analyzing performance metrics. Misi has a background in engineering, having served as a Deposit Characterization Assistant E.I.T. at Thurber Engineering Ltd., where project documentation and research for the Canadian Oil Sand Innovation Alliance were key responsibilities. Misi’s academic qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering from the University of Alberta and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the same institution. Currently, Misi is furthering studies at UBC Sauder School of Business.
