Matthieu Croset

Matthieu Croset is an IT Consultant at Wavestone since February 2022, specializing in Data Compliance governance and cyber-resilience programs across the transport and energy sectors. Responsibilities include analyzing existing governance models, benchmarking, defining target governance frameworks, and developing action plans. Prior experience includes serving as an IT Analyst, where Matthieu constructed cybersecurity dashboards for the insurance sector and managed a decommissioning project in the banking sector. Previous roles at Johnson & Johnson, Mars, and Société Générale involved category management, strategic analysis, and operational marketing. Matthieu holds a Master’s degree in International Commerce from Institut Mines-Télécom Business School.
