Richard Urquhart

Richard Urquhart is a seasoned consultant and manager with extensive experience in IT change management and project delivery across various sectors, including finance and digital consulting. Currently serving as a Manager at Wavestone since March 2019, Urquhart focuses on fostering a culture of change to facilitate successful transformations for leading organizations. Previously, Urquhart held the position of Senior Managing Consultant at Xceed Group, where expertise involved implementing IT solutions and leaving a legacy of partnership with clients. Richard's experience at RBS encompassed roles such as AML Programme Manager and Lead Project Manager, overseeing critical anti-money laundering systems and simplifying transaction filtering programs. With earlier roles at HSBC and a long tenure at Royal Bank of Scotland, Urquhart has managed large-scale integration projects and developed mainframe solutions.
