In pursuit of their interest in software development, Bernice attended Dev Bootcamp in 2015, where they completed a program in Full Stack Web Development. Later that year, they also gained a certification in Software Development from freeCodeCamp.

Additionally, Bernice holds certifications from CompTIA - The Computing Technology Industry Association. Bernice Anne W. obtained the A+ certification in December 2010, the Network+ certification in April 2011, and the Linux+ certification in December 2012.
