As an Advisory Board Member for Valyant AI from 2018 to December 2022, strategic guidance contributed to the company's successful sale to ConverseAI. Suzanne's extensive tenure at McDonald's Corporation spanned 25 years, culminating in leadership roles in Global Consumer Insights and Global Operations Measurements, where analytics drove significant performance improvements.
