Conor Clarke has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Conor started their career as a Research & Administrative Assistant at the Ontario Ministry of Education in May 2004. In January 2006, they co-founded Saintwoods, a leading event production and promotion company based in Montreal, where they worked until September 2011. During their time at Saintwoods, Conor collaborated with renowned artists and brands in the music industry. In 2006, they also co-founded Love Thy Brother, a music duo that achieved success with millions of plays on their songs and multiple chart-topping remixes. Conor's entrepreneurial journey continued in 2012 when they became the Chief Executive Officer of Wavo.me, a company that specializes in advertising technology and services for the recorded music and live event industries. Wavo.me grew rapidly and was recognized as one of the fastest growing new Canadian companies by Inc. in 2014 and 2015.

Conor Clarke attended McGill University from 2006 to 2011 and earned a Bachelor's degree in English Literature.
