Shawn Hewat (she/her)

Shawn Hewat is the CEO and Co-founder of Wavy, a culture platform that gives users the tools they need to manage team building initiatives. Shawn has a background in marketing and communications, and has used their skills to help grow Wavy into the successful company it is today. Prior to Wavy, Shawn was with Nudge, where they led the marketing efforts for the organization. Shawn has also been involved with FoundersBoost and the Fierce Founders Bootcamp, helping to mentor and support other startups.

Shawn Hewat (she/her) completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Marketing Management at Dalhousie University. Shawn also completed the IB Diploma Program at Branksome Hall.
