WAW Handplanes
Nicholas Brbot is a co-founder of Cat Harness Australia and The Bodysurfing Shop, with ongoing contributions to WAW Handplanes as an athlete and ambassador. Nicholas has a diverse background in management and environmental roles, having served as a brand and project manager for The Plant Yard Pty Ltd and as an environmental technician at JBS&G. Additionally, Nicholas was a student planner for the NSW Department of Planning and Infrastructure. Nicholas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology/Earth Science from UNSW, completed in 2016, and attended Waverley College from 2006 to 2011.

WAW Handplanes manufactures WAW Badfish Bodysurfing hand plane made from ocean plastic waste, collected from the great barrier reef. Handplanes are lightweight and easy to carry anywhere. They’re designed to enhance the bodysurfing experience by providing more lift and less drag, so both beginners and experienced bodysurfers can catch waves forlonger and go faster.
