Ashley Hostetter

Ashley Hostetter is an experienced human resources leader currently serving as the Head of Talent Management & Strategy at Wawa, Inc. since October 2024. Prior to this role, Ashley held multiple senior leadership positions at KFC from July 2014 to October 2024, including Senior Director of People & Culture and Global Head of Learning, Development & Reward, where responsibilities encompassed organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Ashley's previous experience at Yum! Brands included serving as Interim Chief People Officer, managing total rewards projects and compensation structures. Ashley holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Villanova University, completed in January 2013.
