Dave Simonetti

Dave Simonetti, MBA has a strong background in operations and management. From 2001 to 2004, they worked as a Regional Distribution Manager at Volvo Cars North America. Following that, they joined Five Guys Enterprises in 2005 and served as the Regional Director for the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Ontario, and Quebec regions until 2014. Dave has been with Wawa, Inc. since 2014, initially as the Director of Store Operations and currently as the Senior Director of Store Operations and Business Operations Support. In this role, they are responsible for strategic operations, overseeing multiple regions and thousands of employees. Dave also leads various programs to improve customer experience and is involved in Wawa's Supported Employment Program.

Dave Simonetti earned a BBA in International Business from The George Washington University in 2000. Dave then went on to obtain an MBA with a focus in Finance and Business Management from American University - Kogod School of Business in 2006.
