Joseph O. Collins

Joseph O. Collins, MBA, is an accomplished leader in retail and operations management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Store Operations at Wawa, Inc. since November 2020, Collins has held multiple leadership roles, including Director of New Markets and Director of Store Operations in Pennsylvania. Prior to Wawa, Collins served as Chief Operating Officer at the Greater Philadelphia YMCA and as Regional Director for Teavana at Starbucks. Additional experience includes strategic roles at Target, where Collins was Regional Director of Assets Protection and District Team Leader, as well as leadership positions at The Home Depot and Deloitte. Collins holds an MBA in Management/Strategy from Columbia Business School and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Tuskegee University.
