Nate Prosser

Nate Prosser is an accomplished leader in Learning and Development, currently serving as the Head of Learning, Leadership, and Change at Wawa, Inc. since January 2020. In this role, Nate drives innovative practices to enhance leadership development and support Wawa’s mission of enriching lives within communities. With prior experience at Vanguard from October 2010 to January 2020, Nate held multiple positions including Head of Learning and Development, where responsibilities included empowering a workforce dedicated to serving 20 million investors. Earlier career experience includes teaching roles at Tredyffrin/Easttown School District and Montgomery County Public Schools. Nate holds a Master of Education in Educational/Instructional Media Design and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, both from Penn State University.
