Sarah Waski

Sarah Waski serves as the Regional Real Estate Portfolio Manager at Wawa, Inc. since August 2021, managing a dynamic portfolio of fuel convenience stores in the Mid-Atlantic region by enhancing properties through strategic improvements and negotiations. Previously, Sarah held the position of Property Manager, overseeing nearly 1,000 store locations and negotiating lease terms. Prior experience includes roles at J.P. Morgan as a Real Estate Risk Proposal Specialist III, where expertise in risk proposals for investment and commercial banking was developed, and an internship at Fulton Financial Corporation focused on real estate loan packages. Before these positions, Sarah managed luxury tenant spaces at Benderson Development and coordinated property operations at Greenleaf Development and Construction. Sarah holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development and a Bachelor's in Architecture and Planning from the University at Buffalo.
