James Flecker

James Flecker has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. James is currently working as an Adjunct Professor at Grace College & Seminary since January 2022. Previously, they served as the Director of Finance and Legal Services at WAWASEE COMMUNITY SCHOOL CORP from June 2020, and before that, they held the position of Director of Personnel and Legal Services from January 2016 to June 2020. Additionally, they have worked as a Partner at Green, Grossnickle & Flecker, LLP in 2015, an Attorney at Green, Cates, & Grossnickle, LLP from August 2013 to December 2014, and an Attorney at another firm from October 2012 to August 2013. James also gained experience as a Legal Intern at Braje, Nelson, & Janes from May 2011 to September 2011.

James Flecker obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Ball State University - Miller College of Business, which they attended from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree at Valparaiso University School of Law from 2009 to 2011. James also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from Ball State University, which they earned from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Political Science and an Associate's degree in Foundations of Business from Ball State University during the same period. James Flecker has further acquired several certifications, including a Human Resources Director Certificate and an IASBO Chief Business Officer Certificate from IASBO, both obtained in November 2021. James has also completed the E.P.I.C. Leadership Academy offered by Butler University in December 2019. In October 2022, they obtained a certification in Resume Atelier Optimized Profile from Resume Atelier.
