Hortencia Calderon

Hortencia Calderon has extensive experience in the food industry, holding various management roles at Wawona Frozen Foods since 1996. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager and Safety/Training Manager since June 2005, Calderon administers safety programs and conducts hazard inspections while providing training on food safety and job-specific safety protocols to both full-time and seasonal employees. Previous positions include Production Manager and Quality Assurance Assistant Manager from February 1996 to September 2004. Calderon holds an educational background from CONALEP in Mexico, where studies were completed between 1984 and 1987.
